Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yang terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional dengan Kategori A, IPK : S1 minimal 2,50 (dua koma lima nol); Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yang terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional dengan Kategori B, IPK : S1 minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima); Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional dengan Kategori A, IPK : S1 minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol);

Usia
Berusia setinggi-tingginya 30 tahun per tanggal 1 Mei 2009 untuk tingkat Sarjana; Berusia setinggi-tingginya 25 tahun per tanggal 1 Mei 2009 untuk tingkat Diploma III; Belum pernah menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah sampai dengan diterimanya petikan Surat Keputusan Sekretaris Jenderal BPK-RI tentang Pengangkatan sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).

III. PENDAFTARAN
Pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPK-RI dilaksanakan dengan mekanisme sebagai berikut :

Mengisi Formulir Lamaran yang tersedia secara online pada website CPNS BPK-RI mulai tanggal 19 Oktober 2008 sampai dengan tanggal 25 Oktober 2008 pada website CPNS BPK-RI http://cpns.bpk.go.id untuk memperoleh bukti registrasi pendaftaran yang print out-nya harus dilampirkan bersama dengan berkas lamaran.

Mengirimkan Berkas Lamaran yang dilampiri print out bukti registrasi pendaftaran dan diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 01 Nopember 2008 serta ditujukan kepada :

Berkas Lamaran sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 1 huruf b di atas terdiri dari :
Surat Lamaran dengan ditulis tangan.
Daftar Riwayat Hidup sesuai formulir yang dapat diunduh pada website CPNS BPK-RI.
Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4×6 (berwarna) sebanyak 3 lembar
(Bagian belakang foto ditulisi nama dan jurusan studi pelamar);
Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku;
Fotokopi ijazah (S1) atau Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL) atau Ijazah Sementara dan transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisir (cap dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Dekan/Pembantu Dekan I/Direktur Program.

Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran
Surat Pernyataan belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah yang dapat diunduh pada website CPNS BPK-RI.

Berkas Lamaran sebagaimana disebutkan pada angka 2 di atas, disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dimasukkan dalam map (warna bebas) dengan bagian depan map ditempeli print out bukti registrasi pendaftaran.

Berkas lamaran sebagaimana disebutkan dalam angka 3 kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna coklat dan diberi KODE JURUSAN sesuai Kode Formasi pada kanan atas amplop.

Panitia hanya menerima lamaran yang dilampiri print out register pendaftaran dan disampaikan melalui PO BOX tersebut di atas serta tidak menerima lamaran dengan format lain.

Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran.
Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan diproses.
Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia tidak dapat diminta kembali.

IV. TAHAPAN DAN PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI
Seleksi penerimaan CPNS dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:

Administratif;
Pengetahuan Umum, meliputi :
1). Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA); nb.Modi TPA www.gpsjakarta.com
2). English Proficiency Test ; dan
3). Tes Pengetahuan Bahasa Indonesia (TPBI); Psikotes; serta
Wawancara Orientasi.

Pelamar yang telah memenuhi ketentuan pendaftaran dan persyaratan administratif akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti tahap seleksi Penerimaan CPNS berikutnya.

Setiap Pelamar yang berhak mengikuti seleksi akan diumumkan per tahap melalui website CPNS BPK-RI http://cpns.bpk.go.id

Surat panggilan untuk mengikuti ujian per tahap akan dikirim ke alamat peserta.
Pelaksanaan seleksi penerimaan CPNS akan dilaksanakan secara serempak di seluruh Indonesia berdasarkan pilihan lokasi ujian sebagaimana tercantum dalam website Penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI.

Kartu Peserta Ujian (KPU) harus diambil sendiri oleh peserta ujian di kantor BPK sesuai dengan lokasi ujian dan jadwal waktu pengambilan dengan menunjukkan Surat Panggilan beserta kartu identitas diri (KTP asli) peserta.

Jadwal pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian akan diumumkan melalui website Penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI.
Apabila peserta belum menerima surat panggilan per pos, maka pengumuman melalui website CPNS BPK-RI dapat dianggap sebagai surat panggilan setelah dilaporkan dan dinyatakan benar oleh Panitia.

Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS per tahap dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan Keputusan kelulusan yang ditetapkan oleh Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

V. LAIN-LAIN
Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPK-RI sama sekali tidak dipungut biaya. Berkas Lamaran yang dikirim kepada Panitia Penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI Tahun 2008/2009 sebelum pengumuman ini diterbitkan dianggap tidak berlaku dan tidak diproses untuk pelaksanaan seleksi.

Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus pada tahap terakhir dan akan diangkat menjadi CPNS BPK RI wajib menyerahkan Ijazah Asli sesuai formasi untuk disimpan pada Biro SDM BPK RI selama 4 Tahun.

Bagi mereka yang telah dinyatakan lulus pada tahap akhir seleksi dan akan diproses untuk pengusulan sebagai CPNS BPK-RI tetapi mengundurkan diri dan atau apabila selama dalam jangka waktu 4 (empat) tahun ikatan wajib kerja yang telah diperjanjikan mengundurkan diri diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp 25.000.000,- (dua puluh lima juta rupiah) untuk disetorkan ke Kas Negara.

Apabila dalam jangka waktu ikatan wajib kerja tersebut, CPNS atau PNS tidak melakukan kewajibannya dan atau melarikan diri dari kewajibannya dan atau setelah diumumkannya hasil seleksi tahap akhir penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI diketahui adanya data atau ketentuan yang tidak benar, BPK-RI akan membatalkan kelulusan/proses pengusulan menjadi CPNS, memberhentikan sebagai PNS serta melakukan proses hukum sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

VI. PENEMPATAN
Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil hasil penerimaan tahun 2008/2009 akan ditempatkan pada Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Perwakilan BPK-RI di seluruh Indonesia untuk mengisi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia sesuai formasi yang ditetapkan.

Bagi Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan diterima dan diangkat sebagai CPNS, yang bersangkutan tidak dapat menolak/menunda penempatan dengan alasan apapun.

Responsibility:

In partnership with Qatar Petroleum, our client Qatar Shell GTL Ltd. (Shell) is building a world scale Gas to Liquids (GTL) complex in Ras Laffan Industrial City, under an agreement with the State of Qatar. A diversified use of natural gas is emerging, adding a new dimension to traditional uses of gas by converting gas info,amongst other products, a high quality transportation fuel virtually free of sulphur and aromatics.

Qatar, with one of the largest reservoirs of gas, has the stated aim to be the GTL capital of the world.

Technician

1. INSTRUMENTATION

a. Instrumentation Field Technicians
Qualification and Experience:
The candidate should hove at least a Diploma in industrial Measurement and Control or other associated subject within the field of Instrumentation, with at least 8-10 years experience either on onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil and Gas Industry. It is required for the candidate to have knowledge of and experience with a wide variety of field instrumentation.
This shall include planned routine maintenance and unplanned maintenance in the form of troubleshooting, failure analysis and problem solving. Experience with field instrumentation interfacing with DCS, IPS and other PLC type systems is considered desirable.

b. Instrumentation QMI Technicians
Qualification and Experience :
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Industrial Measurement and Control or other associated subject within the field of instrumentation, with at least 8-10 years experience either on onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil and Gas Industry. It is required for the candidate to have knowledge of the analytical measurement principles used and experience as Process Analyser Technician with field process analysers and laboratory analytical equipment for the measurement of physical and chemical properties. Knowledge and experience of toxic and flammable gas detection equipment is also required. Experience with the latest methodologies for Fiscal Metering Systems is considered desirable.

c. Instrumentation OCS and PS Technicians
Qualification and Experience:
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Industrial Measurement and Control or other associated subject within the field of instrumentation, with at least 8-10 years experience either on onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil and Gas industry. It is required for the candidate to have knowledge of and experience with either Distributed Control System or IPS (PLC type safeguarding system) maintenance including diagnostic display analysis and understanding. It is considered beneficial where candidates have configuration and system management experience. Experience with Honeywell systems is considered desirable.

2. MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have at least Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent with at least 8-10 years maintenance experience within Oil & Gas Industry for Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment (columns, vessels, valves etc.). Heat Transfer Equipment (Furnaces, Heat Exchangers etc.), Mechanical Protection devices (Relief Valves, Bursting Disc s etc.) is required. Field experience shall include planned routine maintenance and unplanned maintenance in the form of trouble shooting, failure analysis and problems solving. Experience in Condition Monitoring, Inspection/Testing of mechanical equipment is highly desirable.

3. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS (FIELD, PROTECTION TEST & INSPECTION)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have at least Diploma in Electrical or equivalent with at least 8-10 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge & experience in Electrical Distribution, Electrical Installation, Maintenance Execution & Electrical Protection, Inspection/Testing is essential. Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of equipment failure is highly desirable.

4. SENIOR LABORATORY TECHNICIANS
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have at least graduate in Chemistry or equivalent with at least 8-10 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil & Gas Industry. Working experience & Sound Knowledge laboratory equipments like ICP, IC, GC, & XRF and sound knowledge of working with international standard procedures (ASTM/ISO/IP) is required. Knowledge d UMS & Quality Management System is highly desirable. The candidate should be able to explain the international standard procedures to laboratory technicians.

Shift Supervisors

A. SHIFT SUPERVISORS (PROCESS)
Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification & Experience
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Industrial Measurement and Control or an Electrical discipline, with at least 10-15 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry either onshore or offshore. The position is a maintenance Supervisor position and the candidate shall have a wealth of experience in planned and unplanned maintenance. The ability to fault find and diagnose faults air equipment and support subordinates is essential. For candidates with an Electrical background the experience shall cover a wide range of electrical equipment inclusive of generation and distribution at both HV and LV, Static UPS systems, motors both AC and DC, Electrical protection and Inspection and associated Electrical control systems and a solid background in Electrical safety is required and the candidate must have held a certificate/qualification in recent employment to formally isolate and de-isolate electrical equipment. For candidates with Instrumentation background the experience shall cover the full variety of field instrumentation and knowledge on Instrumentation systems is desirable. The candidate will lead a team of both staff and contractors. Preference is for supervisors with both instrumentation and Electrical skills, but candidates with one of the skill will also be considered.

2. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have at least a Mechanical Diploma or equivalent with at least 10-15 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil & Gas Industry for Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment (columns, vessels, valves ect), Heat Transfer Equipment (Furnaces, Heat Exchangers ect.), Mechanical Protection devices (Relief Valves, Bursting Disc s ect) is required. Field experience shall include planned routine maintenance and unplanned maintenance in the form of trouble shooting, failure analysis and problem solving. Experience in Condition Monitoring, Inspection/Testing of mechanical equipment is highly desirable.

3. MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have a Diploma in an engineering discipline with 10-15 years experience in Petrochemical industry covering maintenance work preparation activities and/or shutdown preparation. The application of risk and reliability centered maintenance techniques; inspection and best practice maintenance execution would be advantageous. Exposure to quality management systems is required. A working knowledge of the Primavera Planning/scheduling software would be advantageous.

b. Fotocopy legalisir Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) untuk melamar pekerjaan dari Kantor Kepolisian setempat yang masih berlaku sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar;
c. Fotocopy legalisir Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari dokter Puskesmas / Rumah Sakit Pemerintah;
d. Pas foto terakhir (hitam putih / berwarna) menghadap ke muka, ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;
e. Fotocopy Ijazah / STTB terakhir yang disahkan dan dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;

h. Surat Keterangan Penyetaraan Ijazah dari Depdiknas bagi peserta lulusan dari luar negeri.
i. Persyaratan lain yang ditentukan oleh masing-masing rayon.

3. Tempat dan waktu pendaftaran :
a. Waktu pendaftaran dimulai tanggal 10 s.d 15 Oktober 2008.
b. Ketentuan :
1) Bagi pendaftar Kantor Pusat untuk penempatan formasi Rayon Jakarta di alamatkan ke :
PO BOX 4316 JKP 10043, pendaftar yang memenuhi persyaratan akan dipanggil melalui surat untuk pengambilan Nomor Seleksi guna mengikuti Ujian Tertulis.
2) Bagi pendaftar di wilayah Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) untuk penempatan formasi Rayon UPT dengan alamat Rayon Wilayah masing-masing.

4 Tata cara melamar :
a. Surat lamaran sebagaimana dimaksud pada butir 2, beserta lampirannya disampaikan ke wilayah rayon yang dituju.
b. Untuk Daerah DKI Jakarta lamaran ditujukan ke :

5. Seleksi / Ujian Penyaringan :
a. Materi Seleksi / Ujian Tertulis :
• Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) yang meliputi :
Tes Pengetahuan Umum (Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya, Hankam dan Hukum)Tes Bakat Skolastik (Kemampuan verbal, Kuantitatif dan Penalaran), dan Tes Skala Kematangan (Kemampuan adaptasi, pengendalian diri, semangat berprestasi, integritas dan inisiatif).
• Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB) berupa tes berdasarkan disiplin ilmu.
b. Tes Wawancara.
Bagi peserta yang memenuhi batas nilai minimal (passing grade) dan berada pada rangking teratas dari hasil seleksi / ujian tertulis, akan diikutsertakan dalam seleksi wawancara (satu formasi berbanding dua peserta nilai ranking teratas), selanjutnya peserta tes yang tidak dipanggil wawancara adalah yang tidak lulus ujian tertulis.
c. Pelaksanaan :
• Seleksi / ujian tertulis dilakukan serentak pada hari Sabtu tanggal 25 Oktober 2008, Jam 08.00 WI Barat, 09.00 WI Tengah dan 10 WI Timur. Tempat seleksi sesuai yang telah ditentukan.
• Peserta seleksi / ujian tertulis yang tidak mengikuti salah satu materi seleksi dianggap gugur sebagai peserta.
• Hasil seleksi / ujian tertulis akan diumumkan melalui rayon masing-masing dan website : www.budpar.go.id.

6. Lain-lain
a. Dalam penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ini, panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari para pelamar.
b. Semua biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pelamar untuk menyusun lamaran dan pendaftarannya maupun biaya-biaya lainnya dalam rangka mengikuti ujian penyaringan serta biaya-biaya kelengkapan berkas lamaran jika pelamar oleh panitia dinyatakan diterima sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, sepenuhnya menjadi beban masing-masing pelamar dan tidak dapat dimintakan penggantian biaya ke Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata.
c. Keputusan Panitia Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata berlaku mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
d. Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata / Panitia Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil tidak mengadakan surat-menyurat dan tidak melayani permintaan penjelasan hasil ujian / seleksi.
e. Dalam Seleksi Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata ini, penilaian semata-mata didasarkan kepada kecakapan / hasil ujian masing-masing pelamar.
f. Surat lamaran yang sudah masuk ke Panitia, dengan alasan apapun tidak dapat diminta kembali, oleh karenanya Panitia tidak melayani permintaan kembali atas berkas lamaran baik langsung maupun melalui surat.

b) Diploma III (DIII) jurusan Keperawatan, usia maksimum 30 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2008 (lahir pada tanggal 1 Desember 1978 atau sesudahnya) dan memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun yang dibuktikan dengan surat pengalaman kerja serta memiliki sertifikat pelatihan kegawatdaruratan medis.

3. Pendaftaran:
Pelamar diharuskan datang sendiri ke Gedung Pusdiklat, Sekretariat Negara RI, Jl. Gaharu I, No. 1, Cilandak Barat, Jakarta Selatan pada hari Selasa s.d. Kamis, 14 s.d. 16 Oktober 2008, pukul 08.30 - 15.00 WIB, dengan membawa bukti identitas diri (KTP/SIM), untuk mengisi dan menyerahkan kembali formulir pendaftaran yang disediakan, dengan melampirkan dan menyerahkan:
a) Surat lamaran yang ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar dengan menggunakan tinta hitam, ditujukan kepada Ketua Tim Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Sekretariat Negara RI Tahun Anggaran 2008;
b) Foto copy Ijazah dan transkrip nilai akademik yang dilegalisasi oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
c) Pas photo berwarna terbaru, berlatar belakang merah, ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar;
d) Foto copy surat pengalaman kerja, khusus untuk pelamar formasi jabatan Petugas Pelayanan Kesehatan, kualifikasi pendidikan Diploma III (DIII), jurusan Keperawatan Gigi;
e) Foto copy surat pengalaman kerja dan foto copy sertifikat pelatihan kegawatdaruratan medis, khusus untuk pelamar formasi jabatan Petugas Pelayanan Kesehatan, kualifikasi pendidikan Diploma III (DIII), jurusan Keperawatan.

4. Seleksi Administrasi:
a. Panitia akan melakukan seleksi administrasi terhadap formulir pendaftaran dan berkas lamaran dengan melakukan pemeringkatan berdasarkan nilai IPK;
b. Jumlah pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi sebanyak-banyaknya 20 x jumlah lowongan formasi berdasarkan peringkat nilai IPK tertinggi;
c. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, akan diumumkan melalui situs internet resmi Sekretariat Negara www.setneg.go.id dan Papan Pengumuman di Gedung Pusdiklat, Sekretariat Negara RI, Jl. Gaharu I, No. 1, Jakarta Selatan, pada hari Selasa, 21 Oktober 2008.

5. Pengambilan Kartu/Tanda Peserta Ujian:
Bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, diharuskan datang sendiri pada hari Rabu - Kamis, 22 - 23 Oktober 2008, pukul 08.30 – 15.00 WIB di Gedung Pusdiklat, Sekretariat Negara RI, Jl. Gaharu I, No. 1, Jakarta Selatan, akan diberikan Kartu/Tanda Peserta Ujian, dengan membawa kartu identitas diri (KTP/SIM).

6. Materi dan Jadwal Ujian:
a. Materi Ujian, meliputi:
1) Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD), terdiri dari:
a) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU);
b) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS);

2) Tes Bahasa Inggris;

II. PERSYARATAN UMUM
a). Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, setia
dan taat kepada Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan Negara Kesatuan Republik
Indonesia.
b). Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan
berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
c). Tidak dalam kedudukan sebagai pengurus/anggota partai politik.
d). Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri
atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri maupun sebagai
pegawai swasta.
e). Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS dan tidak sedang terikat
perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.
f). Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
g). Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia atau
negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah.

III. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Usia
a). Usia minimal 18 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Desember 1990 atau sebelumnya).
b). Untuk Diploma III (DIII) berusia maksimal 25 tahun (lahir tanggal 1
Desember 1983 atau sesudahnya).
c). Untuk Sarjana (S1) berusia maksimal 28 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Desember
1980 atau sesudahnya).
2. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)
a). Untuk Diploma III (DIII) minimal 2,50 skala 4 dengan program studi
terakreditasi A, B, atau C.
b). Untuk Sarjana (S1) minimal 2,75 skala 4 dengan program studi
erakreditasi A, B, atau C.

IV. PENDAFTARAN DAN PENYAMPAIAN BERKAS
a). Berkas pendaftaran harus sudah diterima panitia selambat-lambatnya
tanggal 15 Oktober 2008 ditujukan kepada :

Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui PO BOX
tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran lainnya
termasuk diantar langsung ke Departemen Kehutanan.
b). Berkas lamaran dengan lampiran-lampiranny a disusun sebagai berikut :
- Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi lengkap, formulir dapat di
download di website Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go. id
- Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta warna hitam di atas
kertas folio bergaris dengan huruf latin dengan mencantumkan biodata
antara lain nama, tempat/tanggal lahir, status (nikah / belum
nikah/janda/ duda), alamat jelas yang mudah dihubungi dan nomor telepon/HP
dan ditujukan kepada Menteri Kehutanan cq. Kepala Biro Kepegawaian;
- Fotocopy ijazah dan transkip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat
yang berwenang, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar (Surat Keterangan Lulus/Ijazah
Sementara tidak dapat diterima);
- Fotocopy sertifikat akreditasi program studi, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar;
- Surat Pernyataan bermaterai Rp 6.000,- sanggup memenuhi persyaratan
(umum dan khusus) dan ketentuan pelaksanaan Penerimaan CPNS Departemen
Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2008,sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar, format surat dapat
di download di website Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go. id;
- Pasfoto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 cm berlatar belakang merah,
sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;1 (satu) lembar foto ditempel di formulir
pendaftaran dan 1 (satu) lembar lainnya ditulisi nama pelamar di bagian
belakang foto;
- Fotocopy bukti pengalaman kerja/kursus yang berkaitan dengan jabatan
yang dilamar bila ada, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar.
- Fotocopy hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan umum yang telah dilegalisir dari
dokter/klinik yang meliputi : tinggi dan berat badan, mata, gigi, fungsi
motorik, pendengaran dan tekanan darah (khusus untuk pelamar jabatan
Polisi Kehutanan (Polhut), baik pilihan 1 atau 2).
c). Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (b) disusun rapi sesuai
urutan di dalam map kertas jepit berlubang (snelhecter) dengan warna :
- Kuning untuk Diploma III (DIII),
- Biru untuk Sarjana (S1),
d). Map lamaran dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna coklat dan ditulis pada
pojok kiri atas kode kualifikasi pendidikan.
e). Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi syarat tidak akan diproses.
f). Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak
dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.

V. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI
Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2008 dilakukan
dengan tahapantahapan sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administratif
Panitia akan memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan pertimbangan nilai
IPK, akreditasi program studi, umur dan pengalaman kerja untuk menentukan
jumlah peserta ujian tertulis apabila jumlah pelamar melebihi jumlah
peserta ujian yang ditentukan. Pengumuman peserta yang lolos seleksi
administrasi dan berhak untuk mengikuti tahapan seleksi berikutnya akan
diumumkan pada tanggal
30 Oktober 2008.
2. Peserta yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi wajib mengambil
Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian (KTPU) pada tanggal 11-12 November 2008 dengan
menunjukkan ijazah asli dan fotocopy formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi
lengkap, bertempat di kantor Koordinator UPT Departemen Kehutanan di
seluruh Indonesia atau tempat lain yang ditunjuk.
3. Ujian Tertulis
Ujian Tertulis akan dilaksanakan serentak di seluruh kantor Koordinator
UPT Departemen Kehutanan di seluruh Indonesia atau tempat lain yang
ditunjuk pada tanggal 13 November 2008. Hasil ujian tertulis akan
diumumkan pada tanggal 5 Desember 2008.
4. Berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara No. 30 Tahun 2007
tanggal 27 Agustus 2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan CPNS, materi
ujian meliputi :
• Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD); dimaksudkan untuk menggali pengetahuan,
keterampilan dan sikap/perilaku peserta ujian, yang meliputi :
- Tes Pengetahuan Umum / TPU (Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial Budaya,
Hankam dan Hukum);
- Tes Bakat Skolastik / TBS (Kemampuan Verbal, Kemampuan Kuantitatif, dan
Kemampuan Penalaran);
- Tes Skala Kematangan / TSK (Kemampuan Beradaptasi, Pengendalian Diri,
Semangat Berprestasi, Integritas dan Inisiatif).
• Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB); dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan dan atau
keterampilan peserta ujian yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan.
5. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan panitia tidak dapat
diganggu gugat.

VI. LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari peserta.
2. Departemen Kehutanan tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran
berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Kehutanan
atau panitia, sehingga pelamar diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran-tawaran
untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai CPNS Departemen Kehutanan.
3. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus namun mengundurkan diri, tidak akan
diterima sebagai CPNS Departemen Kehutanan pada pengadaan pegawai baru
tahun-tahun berikutnya.
4. Setelah diangkat CPNS tidak boleh meminta pindah selama 5 (lima) tahun.
5. Lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Departemen Kehutanan sebelum pengumuman
ini dianggap tidak berlaku.
6. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan seleksi CPNS Departemen Kehutanan
Formasi Tahun 2008 hanya dapat dilihat melalui website Departemen
Kehutanan di www.dephut.go.id. Oleh karena itu para pelamar disarankan
untuk terus memantaunya.
