QUARRY PLANNING ENGINEER
Job Title : QUARRY PLANNING ENGINEER
Directorate : Manufacturing
Location : Narogong
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist Quarry Dev & Quality Control Superintendent in preparing planning& evaluation of quarry activities (limestone & shale at Narogong site and silica at Cibadak site) technically and cost concern. The person also has to assist him in preparing some reports, controlling the raw material quality and progress of quarry.
Requirements:
*
Education : University degree from Mining Engineering.
*
Experiences : Preferably with at least 3-5 years experience as quarry planning Staff.
*
Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP program PP module,
Datamine software, QSO.
Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
*
Other qualifications :
o
Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
o
Good knowledge of quarry operational, blasting technique and quarry design planning.
o
Knowledge of quarry policy and all reports required.
o
Understand of K3 for quarry & environment policies.
o
Knowledge of raw material management.
o
Understand principle of heavy equipments.
o
Good leadership skill.
o
Have strong personal and interpersonal skills.
o
Teamwork oriented.
SECRETARY
Job Title : SECRETARY
Directorate : Manufacturing
Location : Ciwandan – Cilegon (Banten area), Narogong (Kab.Bogor)
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to support Manager’s and Staff :
*
To organize the Manager and Department’s daily activities and paperwork effectively and efficiently.
*
To assist with administrative matters and to act as an organizer in the plant for filing and plant administration activities.
Requirements:
*
Education : Diploma degree in secretarial or administration.
*
Experiences : Min. 2-5 years related experiences in senior/executive secretarial position, preferably in industrial operations / manufacturing industry.
*
Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
*
Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
*
Other qualifications :
o
Good knowledge of company policies/regulations.
o
Ability to produce business correspondence, reports, action logs and minutes.
o
Guaranteed confidentiality.
o
Good analytical thinking, self confidence and interpersonal skills.
o
Ability to use all communication facilities.
o
Ability to design and maintain filing systems.
o
Good time management skill.
o
