We are containerized public listed shipping company looking for qualified and highly motivated candidates for the following positions:

(1) CUSTOMER SERVICE

Qualification :

1. Female
2.
2. Graduated from reputable university in any major with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scales
3. Good communication skill and analytical thinking, able to work under pressure, persuasive, target oriented and Customer Service oriented

4. PC Literate and Communicate in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
5. Willing to work at North Jakarta Area.

(2) SALES & MARKETING STAFF

Qualification :

1. Male
2. Graduated from reputable university in any major with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scales.
3. Good communication skill and analytical thinking, able to work under pressure, persuasive, target oriented and Customer Service oriented
4. PC Literate and Communicate in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
5. Willing to work at North Jakarta Area.

(3) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Qualification :

1. Male age max 30 years old
2. Hold bachelor degree (any discipline) and graduated from reputable university or overseas is preferable
3. Having working experienced 1 – 2 years, preferable as Supervisor in any field, preferable having experienced in shipping industry
4. Good in English & report writing
5. Strong person, good leadership, good communication, good analytical skill, good concept
6. Target oriented, mature, energetic person, full initiative, able to work independently or in a team
7. Willing to br posted in Jakarta and Surabaya
8. Good package for the successor

(4) HR & GA MANAGER

Qualification :

1. Male
2. Bachelor Degree from Law, Psychology or HR Management
3. 5 years experience in HR filed and or 2 years in managerial position
4. Expert in HR function
5. Good communication skill
6. Has achievement in implementation HR Strategy, Performance Management, Organization Development, Training & Development
7. Honest, Objective, leadership skill, able to work under pressure, active, sociable and responsible.

(5) ASST. MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

Qualification :

1. Male
2. S1 / Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering from reputable university with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
3. Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Shipping Company
4. Capable in operating computer program, i.e. Excel Word and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English conversation and possess good communication skill.
6. Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, Good Leadership, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation

(6) WELDER

Qualification :

1. Male
2. Senior High School Degree
3. 3 years experience using SMAW or GTAW
4. Able to work under pressure, hard worker, able to work as individual or as a team
5. Willing to be assigned on board

(7) SHIP MANAGER

Qualification :

1. Male
2. ANT II major in Nautical from reputable university with min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
3. Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a seaman in Shipping Company
4. Capable in operating computer program, i.e. Excel Word and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English conversation and possess good communication skill.
6. Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, Good Leadership, Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, self initiative/motivation

(8) CORPORATE LEGAL MANAGER

Qualification :

1. Male or Female
2. Bachelor Degree from Law (Preferable Master Degree from Law
3. 5 years experience in managerial position
4. Understanding of Government regulation related w/ Company business
5. Able to prepare legal drafting
6. Good communication skill
7. Adaptive, details and able to work under pressure
8. Fluent in English

(9) PURCHASING STAFF

Qualification :

1.
Female
2.
Bachelor Degree from any discipline
3.
Graduated from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scale
4.
Has 1 year experience as purchasing staff
5.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (min. Passive).
6.
Good communication skill, detail, hard working, able to work under pressure

(10) INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF

Qualification :

Male

Bahcelor Degree from Accounting or Marine Engineering
3.
Graduated from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 scale
4.
Has 1 year experience as Internal Audit
5.
Able to work under pressure, good initiative, analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill
