Our Client, a large High Voltage Maintenance Contractor are looking to recruit a HV Technician to join their existing maintenance team for the operation, installation and maintenance of High Voltage equipment such as transformers, switchgear and other associated control systems.
The successful candidate will have a good basic knowledge of electrical theory, posess knowledge in the operation of HV and LV Switchgear and have experience in the handling of electrical Insulating oils.
Knowledge in the principles of protection schemes and their components are also preferable.

Cable Containment
Cable Installation
Switchboard Assembly
Generator Connections
Load tap - changer maintenance skills
Risk Assessments
Cable Jointing
Panel Wiring
Multi - Core cable works
