Network Operations Technician -SDH/IP/VOICE

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this Global Telecoms company in the capacity of a Network Operations Technician 24/7.

The role is working a 24/7 shift pattern in a busy operational environment. You will be dealing with the US and European customer base, looking at faults/queries, monitoring, fault isolation, fix, diagnostics and working on complex configuration and network element issues. The ideal candidate would have proven experiences in some of the below technologies:

SDH, DWDM, Infernera, Nortel, Ericsson, Alcatel ADM's, DACC's, VOICE, fault finding, Configurations, NOC, NMC, Monitor, Customer Facing, SLA's, Diagnostics, Performance Management, Nortel INM, IP, BGP, Cisco, Openview, Juniper, Shifts, Nights.

A proven history in a busy operations department that is customer facing would need to be demonstrated from a Telco/ISP and any EU language skills would be an advantage but not essential.
