Our client is seeking a professionally qualified and experienced individuals to carry out the role of Project Manager/Director on various project commitments. Based in the Central London office, which covers London, the south-east and Home Counties, the role of the successful applicant will encompass nurturing client relationships, with the opportunity of developing new business.
You will need to demonstrate that you are proactive, an achiever, have the abilities to meet client expectations and understand the commercial aspects of a quality professional consultancy. Predominantly the work will be delivering projects on behalf of corporate end users within the Hotel and Banking sector. You may be required to work in the future within all sectors of the construction industry, including Commercial, Hotels, Heritage, Leisure, Residential, Retail and Urban Regeneration. The successful candidate will be a team-player with a business-like approach, good communications skills and be capable of offering a full service range to clients.
