Specialist (Customer Logistic Management)

Responsibilities:

-Order management includes administering customer orders, customers forecast and initiate shipment
-Provide direct support and services to customer, identify and communicate potential problems that could impact service level
-Implement customer logistics supporting activities; KPI tracking, analysis & measures
-Review and monitor factory commitments in ensuring conformance to delivery commitment
-Collaborate with global planners to manage supply continuity in ensuring timely delivery of products

Requirements:-Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistic management or equivalent
-Min. 3 years experience in customer service, logistic, order allocation & management processes. -Good interpersonal communication, analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills; Customer oriented, ability to study customer logistics behavior & be resourceful in meeting those needs. -Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment is advantageous with ability to work in global changing environment -Knowledge in SAP order management functionality and Business Object tools is an added advantage; Microsoft tools (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
