Section Manager, Revenue Planning Pricing/ Business Planning

Job Purpose:

  • Provide value-added analysis on pricing, loading, revenue, capacity support and utilization with speed and accuracy
  • Able to influence & direct pricing and capacity support planning decisions to optimize revenue and minimize revenue leakages.
  • Increase revenue / margins through offering premium & differentiated business analysis to the Regions / Management.


Principal Accountabilities :

  • Process pricing quotes in a timely and customer-oriented manner by liaising with sales to ensure competitive pricing levels.
  • Develop customer specific pricing and demand support strategies.
  • Provide and maintain the pricing guidance to the Regions.
  • Setting corporate ASP targets and challenges to the Regions.
  • Identify and drive various revenue leakage-prevention projects.
  • Create and update analysis tools, pricing/costing and quote activity reports.
  • Short Term and Mid Term Demand / Revenue Planning Activities.
  • Continuous improvement in forecasting processes, procedures and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • MSEE or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in business environment.
  • Pricing /Marketing/ Planning experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong financial background and experience with pricing strategies and functions.
  • Competence in Microsoft office application.
  • Competence in Project Management.
  • Knowledge of wafer fab or semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good team player
