Job Purpose:
- Provide value-added analysis on pricing, loading, revenue, capacity support and utilization with speed and accuracy
- Able to influence & direct pricing and capacity support planning decisions to optimize revenue and minimize revenue leakages.
- Increase revenue / margins through offering premium & differentiated business analysis to the Regions / Management.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Process pricing quotes in a timely and customer-oriented manner by liaising with sales to ensure competitive pricing levels.
- Develop customer specific pricing and demand support strategies.
- Provide and maintain the pricing guidance to the Regions.
- Setting corporate ASP targets and challenges to the Regions.
- Identify and drive various revenue leakage-prevention projects.
- Create and update analysis tools, pricing/costing and quote activity reports.
- Short Term and Mid Term Demand / Revenue Planning Activities.
- Continuous improvement in forecasting processes, procedures and workflows.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- MSEE or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in business environment.
- Pricing /Marketing/ Planning experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong financial background and experience with pricing strategies and functions.
- Competence in Microsoft office application.
- Competence in Project Management.
- Knowledge of wafer fab or semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
