System Analyst (J2EE)

Responsibilities:

• Business process automation & improvement together with users and customers
  
• Software development life cycle: right from requirements gathering, design, testing and deployment in line with Chartered's SDLC methodology
  
• Solutioning of new system implementations based on Industry trends
  
• Providing support and maintenance for existing systems using technologies like .Net, J2EE & Lotus Notes
  
• Work with users, external vendors & customers on the execution of projects
  
• Project / Issue management
  
• Trainings and documentation based on SDLC standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / IT
  
• Experience in Microsoft .NET V2 and above, project implementations, Microsoft sharepoint & K2.NET development
  
• Experience in Lotus Notes & J2EE application development would be preferred
  
• Knowledge of Internet/Web Technology, OLAPS tools, portals and content management
  
• Project Management/Team Lead experience
  
• Customer oriented, responsive and tactful
  
• Good analytical skills
  
• Resourceful and possesses initiative
  
• Fluent with documentation and ability to communicate clearly technical issues
  
• Independent, committed and responsible
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
